One Finalist Decided in Cub Triples
Friday saw a tight semi final in the club triples go down to the last end, with a four with 2 ends to play, to Peter Pickett’s team proving too much for Bag’s Team to pull back, the final score being 26-22
The game had been close up until then, 12 – 12 after 12 ends, 16 – 17 after 17 ends and 21 – 20 after 21 ends showing that there wasn’t much between the the teams.
Peter’s team, with Gorsy at lead and Vanda at 2, will now have to wait to find out who their opponents will be, with 2 rounds still to be played on the other side of the draw.
